The Disability Vote Matters

Attendees will learn their rights and about accommodations available to people with disabilities for mail in voting, in person voting, and what to do if they encounter accessibility issues.


This event will held in-person in the Allegheny County Law Library’s Classroom. The accessible entry to the City County Building is alongside the Ross Street entrance. The Ross Street Side elevators will take attendees to the Library on the 9th floor of the building.  A Library staff person will be in the lobby of the City County building to help attendees find their way.


Funding for this training under Disability Rights Pennsylvania’s Ensuring Allegheny County Seniors with Disabilities are Not Subject to Abuse, Neglect or Civil Rights Violations Project was provided by the Serving Seniors in Allegheny County Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation.
